Brown, Graham & Company, PC, celebrates a 50-year legacy
of service dedicated to safeguarding the financial well being
of its clients, and to serving the general public through
community involvement.
Established in 1955, BG&C was founded by Howard and Robert
Brown, Wilmer Graham, and Arthur Glover when the partnership
purchased an existing public accounting practice in Hereford,
Texas. The business grew quickly and an Amarillo office was
opened in 1957, the first of several expansions over the years.
As the area's business sector grew and prospered, so did BG&C,
adding more offices and taking on new partners as opportunities
arose. As the company and its clientele grew, so did its good
reputation. Integrity, service, dedication, and trust have
become an integral part of virtually all aspects of the company.
BG&C now operates from nine Texas offices located in
Amarillo, Austin, Canyon, Dimmitt, Georgetown, Pampa, Perryton,
Spearman and Tulia - and serves more than 7,000 clients who
hail from Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and several other states.
Each office is supervised by one of the principals. As Brown,
Graham & Company, PC, continues to grow, plans are to
consider new locations, including those outside Texas.
The company’s operations are thoroughly up-to-date,
and it remains highly progressive in its efforts to improve
client services. Toward this end, the company has joined the
SEC Practice Section of the AICPA Division for CPA firms.
