  • Healthcare Benefit Plan — We provide health care coverage, including a prescription drug plan, for each eligible employee at no cost to the employee. Optional dependent health care coverage is also available at a cost to eligible employees. We also offer optional supplemental health insurance available through payroll deduction.
  • Life Insurance — We provide life insurance coverage for each employee participating in our Healthcare Benefit Plan.
  • Disability Insurance — We provide long-term disability coverage for our CPAs.
  • Section 125 Flexible Spending Arrangements — You may make tax-free contributions through payroll deduction to this plan to cover unreimbursed medical and supplemental health insurance premiums. You may also contribute for child care expenses or care for disabled dependents.
  • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan — Participation provides the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis with elective employee contributions and contributions by the Firm.
  • Time Off — In addition to eight paid holidays each year, we provide paid vacation time and accrued sick leave to each regular employee. The Firm is committed to compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act.
  • Professional Development — We provide professional training, through Firm-sponsored programs, online courses, external workshops and conferences, and one on one learning opportunities. We pay for the cost of CPE courses, workshops and seminars. In addition, we provide assistance with the cost of becoming a CPA and preparing for the CPA Exam, including a review course.
