Deborah TurleyShareholder, CPA, Office Manager
Deborah and her husband, Frank, have one son. They are members of the First Presbyterian Church. Her hobbies include fly fishing, hiking, and gardening. She graduated from Laredo State University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, she obtained a MS in Animal Nutrition and a BS in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. Deborah has served on various committees for the Panhandle Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs, including serving as the CPE Committee Chairperson and the Co–Chairman of the Young CPAs Committee. She was the Treasurer for the American Subcontractors Association and was the Tax Advisor to the Executive Committee of the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association. She served several terms on the Board of Directors for the Amarillo Sympnony, serving as Treasurer for one term. Deborah is the managing shareholder for the Amarillo office. She primarily focuses in the tax compliance and planning area as well as management advisory services. Gary L. BrownShareholder, CPA
Gary and his wife, Melissa, have two children. His hobbies include hunting, skiing and backpacking. They are members of the First Baptist Church of Amarillo. After growing up in Amarillo, Texas, Gary graduated from Amarillo College in 1986 with an Associate in Science Degree and from West Texas State University in 1988 with a BBA in Accounting. He is a member of the 1999 Leadership Amarillo class and served on the Board of Directors for Big Brother, Big Sisters. Gary practices primarily in the area of financial statement audits and reviews. After graduating from Adrian High School, he attended Lubbock Christian College and graduated summa cum laude from Tarleton State University in 1985 with a BS degree in Agriculture Education. He further attended West Texas A&M University. Jeffery and his wife, Patricia, have four children. He enjoys restoring tractors and fly fishing. Jeffery is currently a Deacon at the Comanche Trail Church of Christ in Amarillo. He is a 1994 Graduate of Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership and served on the Adrian ISD School Board from 1997 until 2003. He was also the Mayor of Adrian from 1995 to 1996 and the City of Adrian Alderman from 1992 until 1995. After graduating from Aztec High School in Aztec, New Mexico, he attended West Texas State University where he received a BBA in Accounting Degree in 1975. Jule and his wife, Helen, have three children. He enjoys playing golf, watching football and basketball games, and being with his grandchildren. Jule has been a member of the Kiwanis Club since 1986, serving as President in 2000&2001. He is a member of the Amarillo Area Estate planning Council, having served one term as President. He served on the United Way Citizen’s Budget Committee from 1990 until 1994. Jule has been on the Board of Directors for the West Texas A&M Buffalo Club since 1996, and served as President from 2004 through 2008. He has been on the Board of Directors for Meals on Wheels of Amarillo since 2005, serving as President in 2007 and 2008. Jule has also served on the Texas Tech University Area of Accounting Advisory Council since 2007. Jule focuses his professional services in the areas of tax compliance and retirement planning. Gregg has held numerous accomplishments during his career. With the Panhandle Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, he held the position of Vice President from 1990 to 1991, the Chairman of the Accounting and Auditing Committee, the Chairman of the Continuing Professional Education Committee and served on the Board from 1987 to 1992. For the Texas Society of CPAs, he served on the Presidential Advisory Cabinet, Litigation Services Section, CPE Committees and Leadership Development Committees. Gregg and his wife, Julie, have five children. Gregg enjoys golf and anything else involving sports. Gregg graduated from Tascosa High School in Amarillo in 1977 and later attended Amarillo Junior College. He graduated from West Texas State University in 1981 with a BBA in Accounting and a minor in math. Gregg is a member of the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and the Leadership Amarillo Coordinating Committee. He is a 1987 graduate of Leadership Amarillo. He served as the President/Director of the High Plains Lighthouse for the Blind and as Secretary/Director of the Amarillo Area Adult Literacy Council. Gregg has significant experience with litigation support, community estate valuations and business valuations. W.C. and his wife, Nancy, have four children. After graduating from Borger High School in 1952, he attended Frank Phillips College where he played baseball. He graduated from West Texas State University in 1959 with a major in accounting. He won the first Haggard award for the Top Graduating Accounting Student and was a member of Alpha Chi and Lambda Chi. W.C. was also among the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. W.C. has served as Vice President of the Panhandle Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs. He has also held various offices with the Hereford Lions Club. Larry and his wife, De Anne, have two children. Larry and De Anne are active members of Trinity Fellowship Church where they lead a Life Group and where Larry serves on the communion team. They enjoy spending free time at their cabin in the mountains of northern New Mexico. After graduating from Tascosa High School in Amarillo, Texas, he attended Amarillo Junior College. He earned a BBA in Accounting from West Texas State University in 1981. He served on the Scholarship Committee of the Panhandle Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs from 1985 to 1986. Larry is a graduate of Leadership Amarillo in 1988 and was the past President, Director and Treasurer for the Perryton Lions Club. He was the Accounting Division Chairman of the Pampa United Way from 2001 to 2003 and served on the Allocation Committee for the Perryton United Way. Larry also was the Treasurer/Deacon at First Baptist Church of Perryton. Larry primarily practices in the tax compliance and tax/estate planning area as well as accounting and auditing services for various entities.

Gregg Morgan has been a shareholder with Brown, Graham & Company, P.C., since 1986 and has been with the firm since 1981. In addition to being a CPA, he is a Certified Valuation Analyst and is Certified in Financial Forensics. He is a member of the Panhandle Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs.
W.C. Russell was admitted as a shareholder for Brown, Graham & Company, P.C. in 1962. He began his career with the firm in 1958 and has held various positions such as President and office manager for the Hereford and Amarillo Offices. He has been semi-retired since 2002. He is a current member of the Panhandle Chapter of Texas Society of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs.
