& Company requires each of its principals and professional
employees to complete at least 20 hours of continuing professional
education each year and at least 120 hours every three years.
This ongoing professional training includes college courses,
seminars and courses offered by the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public
Accountants, courses developed by outside consultants and "mini-courses"
developed and conducted by qualified people within the company.
Additionally, the company conducts seminars for its clients,
to keep them abreast of the latest accounting and tax procedures
and regulations. |
