An agreed-upon procedures engagement assists clients in evaluating certain aspects of their operations based on specific needs. Because our client’s needs may vary widely, the nature, timing, and extent of the agreed-upon procedures requested may vary as well. In an agreed-upon procedures engagement, we do not perform an examination or a review and do not provide an opinion or negative assurance. Instead, our report on agreed-upon procedures would be in the form of a listing of procedures and the related findings.
